You can see the light from a bolt but I was chased inside when a large bolt hit too close for comfort for me to stay outside trying to capture it on the camera. Maybe next time.

Little stormy last night
As you can see by these two photos we had quite the storm last night. What I missed capturing were the bolts of lightening that were prevalent as the storm passed overhead. Ellie and I were talking about her upcoming wedding and I was a bit distracted by the powerful strikes and loud claps of thunder which followed. It was beautiful.
